Atty. Manolette Fel E. Dinsay
Manolette founded the firm together with Atty. Alexander Agravante in 1995. He is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Economics and Bachelor of Laws of the University of San Carlos. He obtained his Masters of Industrial Relations in the University of the Philippines - School of Labor and Industrial Relations and was a recipient of the Academic Excellence Award in 2004. Before organizing the firm, he served in the Senate as a legislative staff of Former Senator Heherson T. Alvarez and in the House of Representatives as the Chief of Staff of Former Representative Pablo P. Garcia.
Subsequent to the establishment of the firm, he served as a Consultant on Performance Management and Productivity Enhancement of the Office of the Governor of the Province of Cebu. He was a Professional Lecturer of the University of the Philippines System - Graduate School in Diliman and Davao City. He served as a Director and Officer of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines - Cebu Chapter. He also served as a Director of the Metropolitan Cebu Water District. Currently, he is a Director of the Coop Bank of Cebu and Cebu CFI Community Cooperative. He is the Head of Legal (Management Committee) of M. Lhuillier Philippines. He is an Accredited Voluntary Arbitrator and a trained Court Mediator, and a lecturer on Alternative Dispute Resolution, Motivation, Work Values, Positive Discipline, and Grievance Handling. At present, he is a Senior Partner and the Founding Partner of Dinsay Gocuan Bernaldez Martinquilla Gomez and Associates Law Offices based in Cebu City and Dinsay Caguioa and Associates Law Offices based in Makati City, collectively known as Dinsay and Partners.
Manolette specializes in labor law practice- specifically in the imposition of labor standards and the engagement of labor relations in the workplace. He advises in matters involving commercial dealings and corporate transactions, business registration and compliance, election laws, administrative laws and laws of public interest, real estate and property acquisition, investment and financing enterprise, project development, regulatory compliance, among others. He is also involved in dispute resolution, and manifests this specialty in theory- as a lecturer, and in practice- as an accredited arbitrator and court mediator. As a lawyer, he has always been a believer of Preventive Lawyering- a professional construct stating that legal disputes can be won through out-of-court settlement, and litigation before the magistrates should always be a matter of last resort.
