Dinsay and Partners handles cases before the different judicial courts and tribunals, including the Sandiganbayan, as well as various quasi-judicial and administrative bodies, including but not limited to the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC), the Office of the Ombudsman, and the Securities and Exchange Commission. The firm also engages in broad areas of practice, particularly in the fields of commerce, real estate and property acquisition, investment, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, corporate registration and incorporation, anti-money laundering and terrorism financing, data privacy, environmental law, family law, estates and trusts, labor and employment, and taxation, among others (maritime law, animal welfare law).

Dinsay and Partners traces its humble beginnings in 1995, when the firm was established by Manolette F.E. Dinsay and Alexander M. Agravante, and the firm was formerly known as Dinsay and Agravante Law Offices. Together, they envisioned a law practice that is comprehensive, dynamic, and well-rounded, yet still accessible to the everyday Filipino. In the same year, they were joined by Ronnie C. Gocuan and Michael L. Yu.

In 1998, Manolette F.E. Dinsay partnered with Mona Lisa Vargas and Heidi Caguioa to establish the firm’s Makati office, which is now known today as Dinsay Caguioa Law Offices.

Subsequently, Joseph U. Bernaldez, former City Attorney for the City of Cebu, and Marino E. Martinquilla, former Provincial Attorney for the Province of Cebu, officially joined the Cebu office as name partners in 2017 and 2018, respectively.

In 2020, Diana G. Gomez was appointed as the firm’s managing partner, making the Cebu office officially known as Dinsay Gocuan Bernaldez Martinquilla Gomez & Associates Law Offices.
From a two-person team, Dinsay and Partners has exponentially grown into a workforce of twenty-one lawyers in the various offices in the cities of Cebu and Makati.

Today, Dinsay and Partners is a second-generation law firm that continually strives to uphold the same tenets from when it was first established in 1995. Dinsay and Partners continues to offer a comprehensive, dynamic, and well-rounded legal practice, yet still making it accessible to the everyday Filipino.
